Just got an alignment done.... Not looking good

If I get one adjustable SPC camber arm with the toe bolts, will it fix this issue I am having?

I think either they didn't adjust your left rear or you have bent components. Normally the camber wants to sit at about -0.75 degree if you have the bolt totally centered.

Take a picture under the vehicle from the rear looking forward and get both of the eccentric bolts in the photo, I want to see this for myself because I think your alignment tech just screwed something up. Feels wrong that they got everything else within spec but the left rear is wildly out.

That picture is fine for where the toe adjustment is made but I also need to see the camber bolt in front of it.
