Any more Cusco owners? I'm considering them, also do they come with bushings, and are they compatable with aftermarket exhausts?

 

Haven't heard much about them. I know that they are a great company. I have used their coilovers before.

 

I ordered a set from Grubbs yesterday, they have a bunch in stock, unlike most places I called. I paid 299 plus shipping.

Also, Summit racing carries the bushings too for less than suspension.com.

Anybody have any experience w/these Progress front/rear sways? Other than being solid and possibly a bit heavier than others, and the non-adjustable front, any other drawbacks? Pretty competitive price...

The Progress bars don't sound that great....others are cheaper, lighter, and adjustable.

 

Which ones are cheaper? None that I've seen. Built in collars and polyurethane bushings are included in that price too. Only drawback I can see is that the front isn't adjustable, and possibly heavier. Wondering if anybody has actually tried them out?

 

This is what I got from Summit when I tried to order.
"This part is temporarily out of stock, but you can order it now. Tentative ship date: 8/17/2005, if your order is placed today."

I did find that they have the Energy suspension bushings in stock and ready to ship today.

The total for the energy suspension bushings was $36.85 shipped. That is $13.95 a set for front and rears, greasable.

 

Yea, you can save about $8 if you don't mind waiting.

 

How would I save $8? I ordered the Energy suspension bushings. They can't be much different than the Prothanes other than price. Polyurethane is what it is, doesn't matter who sells it.

 

I was just saying, summit was cheaper than suspension.com for the same parts. Which ones did you get and from where? UPS actually just dropped off the sways while I was typing this, lol.

 

I updated the main post to add PE bushing ordering information to accompany the Stillen bars, and added info about the new bars by Progress.

 

I ordered the Energy suspension, universal, greasable, polyurethane bushings from summit. Part numbers are:

ENS-9-5168R for the front 1 3/8" bar
ENS-9-5158R for the rear 7/8" bar

 

Dang, I already ordered the prothane one's - maybe I can cancel my order. Would be great to save some money and get the parts faster, how often does that happen? lol

Sin4me, hey thanks for the props. I bet youcan just call Summit and cancel and then just order the other bushings. They are great to deal with on the phone. Don't e-mail them, it takes a long time to get a reply, just call them. They told me I will get the bushings in two days sent from the Nevada warehouse. Note that I am in CA.

 

Are the ES bushings cheaper than Prothane's or something?
