Stoptech BBK Installed Picts...

Thought that I would share some updated pictures of my sedan since I just got my Stoptech BBK installed [355x32mm x 4, slotted rotors, 4-piston calipers, SS lines]. What do you guys think, are the red calipers too much??? I was debating on going more stealth like with black colored calipers, but ultimately decided to go with red for more show. I've had 3 varied opinions so far, so I thought that I would ask the larger group.

I got a special deal, so I don't want to post the exact price on-line, but it was well under $4,000 total [including install].

Nice Job. You are probably still breaking them in so it will probably be hard for you to give a review. What other Vendors did you take a look at and what made you go with the stoptechs?

I love them. Nice. Not a fan of the wheel color though. But hey, everyone's got their own taste--that's why we mod to begin with!

Interesting color combination you've chosen. I'm not sure if the red really goes well with your body color and bronze wheels. I personally would have gone with black calipers in your situation.

Car looks great though...very nice choice in mods.

i think it looks perfect... the bronze wheels look absolutly amazing... i wish i could only afford the aero kit and the wheels not to even mention the brakes. some day my time will come, but until then i will just envy you.

Thanks for the comments. I've heard similar comments about my wheel color choice as well! I guess you can say that I've gone down the path least traveled. lol... Great to hear the comments though, as I'm trying to see what a majority will think when they see it. I think I'm starting to get the idea that it is going to be a somewhat polarized crowd - like it a lot! vs. what are you doing?

I briefly thought about Brembo, but in my opinion, that option is overdone [i.e. too many others have already gone that route]. Price break wise, I think my discount on the Stoptechs were better as well. I could only get a great discount on Brembo or Stoptech, so that pretty much restricted me to either brand.

red sticks out like a sore thumb, and red calipers + bronse wheels makes it look like a WRX... what were you THINKING?!

just kidding. looks good - keep it in red.

If you want attention ... you certainly got it w. red!
Ultimately it matters more how you think it looks.

p.s. It doesn't look like you've bedded those pads in correctly ... if at all.
