Will 350Z H-Techs help my understeer issues?

damn that sucks. You couldve found a better deal by looking for a used set of oem coupe rims w/tires.

I have a similar set-up. I have Stillen sways set soft front, medium rear with the 350z H Techs. I have had them on the car since April. As Kenchan mentioned moving the sways to a stiff setting in the rear will help. After your car is lowered with stiffer springs you are going to add negative camber to the rear which is also going to help.

If you go the route to correct the rear camber after the springs settle, as you will just be out of spec, you will be in a similar situation with the understeer. It will still be improved with the lower stance and less body roll.

I would stiffen up the sways to medium front and hard rear to overcome what you are mentioning only if you are going to a track event. Otherwise I would leave it alone and keep the added negative camber and you should be fine at that point. Just a little more $$ on tires as they will wear faster.
