Springs for G35 coupe
You won't really find a large difference in drop rate with springs for the G35. Same applies to the 350Z. The chassis is already so low to the ground, and the fender gap is already pretty small in comparison to the general auto market. So, performance springs for your coupe will not really lower the car that much.
Progress Tech makes a quality set of performance springs that improve handling significantly if just upgrading springs. The average drop for these springs is 1.2" front and rear, but we've measured closer to 1.5" of drop once installed.
The manufacturer tends to quote their drops on the conservative side in order to cover their ***** so people don't get all bent when the drop they've advertised sometimes doesn't match what the customer really receives.
When buying springs, try not to just consider the lowest drop, but also consider the reputation that a company has for producing a quality product for your car. There are a lot of companies that pop up over night that will have a spring for your car that they'll claim has the lowest drop, etc.., but the quality and design of the spring will not hold up over time. You will get sagging and droop and performance will degrade to the point where you'll be praying you had the stock springs still on there.
Feel free to PM me with any additional questions. We have an amazing sale going on in the vendor classifieds right now!
