tein s-techs require front a-arms?

Hey guys, Im prob am going to replace my front Z H-techs with G S-techs to make my car sit a little lower in the front. (.4 more than it is now) I already have camber arms for the rear but will I need a set of a-arms for the front to bring it back to spec? thx

yup.. it was close to stock but not exactly.. imo its not worth spending about $500 to get arms just to dial in . something degrees ya know.

you have the Z ones dont you? Do they drop more than the G ones? Basically I got a 1 finger gap in the rear and a 2 finger in the front. I am trying to close the front gap just a lil more and get like a 1 finger, closer to 1/2 finger gap. Will the S-techs do it or should I try another spring?

I was thinking like 1.2 in front (G stech) and .7 in the back (Z h-tech) will look perfect. It actually may be slightly lower in the rear now due to my system, but I dont want to drop it any lower because I dont want to mess up the HKS exhaust that should be here soon, that thing hangs pretty low.

Yes you'll need A-arms when using Tein Stechs for the coupe.

yea i have the Z one so its a little more drop. With my setup, i had LOTS of problems with the fuji exhaust tips.. and the HKS tips are even bigger (so i heard) so you might have a hard time going up driveways. Be ready to hear a "dink" every now and then

Well I want to keep my rear the way it is. Im happy with my Z htechs out back its is a .7 drop but it equals to a 1 finger gap which I think is perfect. My front however had a good 2 finger gap, Im just lookin to close that gap a bit more. Right now my car is dropped .8 up front so if the G s-techs drop it 1.2, thats a difference of .4... which im not sure if that will really give me the look I want.

How much more will the Z S-techs drop the front? Or what about the pro-kit?

here's Chop's car with prokits. i don't think he uses a-arms. i don't use
a-arms either on my G's S-tech's. no need. i can use the added camber.

my car in comparison.
front S-techs, rear prokits (both for G).

my picts was taken at a little lower angle than Chop's so the wheel
gap might look more on the rear...but it's probably about the same.
