Brembo package not covered under the 36k law suit warranty?

Brembo package not covered under the 36k law suit warranty?

I called the dealer and he says that the 03 Coupe brembo pkg is not covered under the 36k warranty, is this true? He told me only the standard brakes were faulty... I got 32K are these guys BSing?

It's true...only the 5AT brakes were covered. It wasn't a "law suit" warranty.

brembos arent made my infiniti and infiniti doesnt care what happens to them, they arent fixing

I dont know about you guy's but my dealership had my front brembo pads replaced regarding some sort of TSB and, had to backorder pads and shims. Pads eating up the rotors is a normal thing. The rotors are good for a couple of turns on the lathe; I've cut them once already...It could stand for one more. It just depends on the situation.
fyi the brembo brakes were serviced at 25k mi. I'm on my 3rd set of pads, the 2nd was replaced on my own with Hawk HP+ and, the 3rd replacement was from the dealership. Track days do a number on those pads, and I'm due for new rotors too.

one thing..!
when i brought my Gcoupe 6MT with brembo
they never told me that it isn't under warranty!!!
they said the car is warranty anything from front bumper to back bumper for the first somewhat KM ..

Wear items like brakes and wiper blades are normally excluded from "warranty."

There was a voluntary campaign to replace the brakes on some 03-04 cars. It had nothing to do with either a lawsuit or warranty.
