Suspension gurus... please chime in!

I have an '05 6mt coupe. I am considering lowering the car. I have been researching, and have been focusing on The 350Z tein H-techs, or the G35 Tanabe DF210. I am riding on the OEM 19" wheels, but in the future, I want 19x9.5f and 19x10.5r wheels, and dont want to worry about rubbing. I will keep the OEM shocks. Will I rub with either of the springs on the OEM 19's? How bad is the camber issue with both springs? Thanks for your help!

your going to need a camber kit if you drop i think more than .5 inches. Regardless its best to get a camber kit. SPC makes some good ones as well as Kinetix. If you willing to spend money, get stillen but IMO its too expensive.

Also as for rubbing again depends on how low you drop it

survey's says...for the cheapest and mildest drop is to go with oem 350z springs. numerous threads say 350Z springs lowers the car's static height down ½". It shouldnt affect your alignment all that much either.

Re:

I just installed Tein S. Techs on my '05 G35c-6mt!

Does anyone know how long it takes for the springs to "settle"?

I'm probably going to get an alignment done in about 400-500 miles.

Thanks.
