Rotors/Pads
I have a 03 G35 Coupe w/18" Wheels/tires, non-brembo. I would like to replace the stock Rotors/Pads, without spending a ton of cash on a big brake kit. What are some great combinations to look at. Any help will do.
Thanks.
Thanks.

If you find good ones that are cheap spread the word. In the mean time, you can go to nissan performance and get a good kit for around 1700$ for 2 piece rotors with Brembo's. Non-Brembo kits are a lot cheaper. http://performancenissanparts.com/ca...oducts_id=1363
The stage 2 kits that are available for the Non-brembo Z include Axxis Ultimate pads, slotted or x-drilled rotors, Motul fluid and stainless steel lines.
You will get a higher max operating temp on the pad which will allow you to drive the car harder and longer. The pads also have a higher co-efficient of friction which will present itself with less pedal effort to acheive the same amount of braking. The fluid has a higher MOT avoiding fluid boilover issues once the brake system heats up, and the stainless steel lines will firm up the pedal feel getting rid of some of the sponginess in the brake pedal that you may have.
