nevermind about the whole [vs] thing, i decided to go for the H&R Sport springs for the G35c. WIll post pix and comments after installation.

I'm having it done for $530 CND [or $460 USD] (includes everything).

It is advertized to drop the coupe 1.1"/1"

 

Ultimately, the H&R springs are progresive whereas the Tein's are linear. That is one known differance. The other differance, we will never know because H&R flat out refuses to cop to their spring rate specs.

Your 06 coupe does have oem 19's, correct?

 

Yes my 06' coupe has sport package which includes OEM 19's

ANd you're correct, I called H&R today and they refuse to disclose any spring rate information on their springs.

PS: What do you guys expect out of my alignment? Can I get back within stock specs? If not, can I get away without any camber or toe correction kit? How bad will my tires wear out? Any educated guesswork will be greatly appreciated and helpful.

Any drop that is past .8" will require aftermarket camber/toe correction if you plan on staying within oem coupe alingment specs. You may look at the expence of doing the front (at least $395 for say Cusco front arms) and say you can live with it being out, but keep in mind that you'll be paying eventually anyhow in the form of inside tire wear. At the very least get the rear corrected $218 SPC camber arms and elongated toe cam bolts.
