no, i need a good solution. i also need brakes - both my pads in the front are *gone*. i am guessing i'm getting the wheels in ~2 weeks - it should last till then, more or less... as soon as the wheels ship, i will tell Rob of ZCG to order the stoptechs too. i need a solution by then. i would buy a wheel if i knew it would fit in the spare's space, and fit over the BBK.
and don't worry - Unichip comes next.

Volk LE37T with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2
front - 19x8.5 +43 with 245/35-19
rear - 19x9.5 +43 with 275/30-19
i wanted Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3, but couldn't find them - i think there is a nationwide back-order on them. Rob has given me an option to return my wrong-offset rims for refund - and i went for it.

Spare
What a great question! I never thought about that until I installed
the 13.6" Wilwood BBK.
Check my spare, the donut won't fit.
So I swaped it out & put in one of my 17x7 light weight Roja wheels, which was mounted to OEM rubber. It did fit perfetcly! The Roja Formular 7 is forged & weight only 15lbs. So I am not adding a lot of weight to my trunk either.
Yeah! Thanks for the thread!

masha, that's an excellent solution. only, in my case, with 14" BBK kits, i'd have to get 18x7 wheel - judging by your post, a 7" wide wheel fits in place of the doughnut?... then, i'd have to figure out the offset... then, i'd have to find a place that will sell me 1 wheel, not a set of 4... sigh...
i've already caught a nail in one tire (front left) and thankfully i had bought a tire repair kit and had a compressor in my trunk already, so i could fix it and reinflate the tire, and was on my way in 10 minutes. but i'd still like to have an actual spare...

17" should fit over 13" stoptechs, but you better go to stoptech's web site and print the fitment template and see if it fits. or, better yet, try one on.
Wow, something I didn't think of when considering a BBK. I was about to pull the trigger on a 13" Stoptech BBK. I will have to take this matter into consideration before I buy. Great heads-up Codeflux.

well, think of it this way: lots of cars nowadays include either run-flat tires, or a simple way to fix your tire (tire repair kit, fix-a-flat, portable air compressor, etc). i went to kragen and spent $30 on a tire repair kit and the other stuff (i already had a compressor) and stuck it next to the doughnut (yeah, i need to pull it, since i can't use it anyway).

So I fliped over the sunken mat, now it become the raised mat. Which covers the 17x7 perfectly (I had to cut the edges, as it' s not symetrical when you flip over, so some edges exposed over the carpet. After cutting the edges & a put the carpet back in, the center of the trunk floor raise about 1/2 inch, But doesn't look to bad, Actually helps to keeps things in place instead of sliding alll over the truck floor.

What 17X7 wheels are you talking about that fit the Wilwood BBK? As you know, I have the 2003 stock 17s that do not fit the Wilwood BBK, I was thinking the least expensive way to getting the Wilwoods would be to buy some new wheels that fit.
