g35doc is right. No Brembo models or 05/06's are covered. Also, according to my local Infiniti dealer, dealerships have been told by Nissan there is no good will on this warranty. I took mine in at 36,800 for the third replacement and they wouldn't budge on giving it to me for free. They had recently denied someone at 36.4K. I'd recommend if you're near 36K you get them checked.
