Sentra SE-R brake question?

I read that the Sentra SE-R is using Brembo brakes. Now I would like to know first is that true and second if it is true will the brakes fit a G35 sedan with the sports package with out a problem? Thank you.

They only have brembo fronts with tiny rotors.

Oh, because I read that the front come with 12in brembos and 10.6 in the rear. I was thinking about getting the calipers off them and use either Brembo or some other reputable roaters along with them.

You can call Nissan and check the part numbers. They'll be the same regardless.

Example= STi brembos have the same part numbers as the g35 brembos.

Are you sure about that? The Sti brembos have about a 12.5 cm distance between the mounting bolts, the G35 ones is 10 cm. Sti pistons are 40/46, G35 is 38/44. Front rotor Sti is 326*30, G35 is 324*30mm. Sti's brake line going from rear pistons to front is external, G35's is internal. They have the same gold paint though.

So I am not sure will the Sentra Brembo calipers work? What about the STI or Evo calipers could those work also?

The Evo or Sti calipers will NOT work unless you get fancy and get a custom bracket made, and then you'll be using a larger rotor as well.

I just recently designed and had made a pair of brackets for a project of my own. Total was about $300 using T6061 aluminum.

Not sure about the sentra ones.

Do you mean the total cost of install was $300? Damn, anyone know what others might work with out the cost of extra mods?

Sentra SE-R Brembo brakes are 4-lug. I'm not sure if calipers will fit over 5-lug Brembo rotors that come with G35/350Z Brembos

You guys are confusing things.

Rotors on sentra is 4 -lug. You wouldn't be using the rotors anyway.

Caliper is what you're interested in. What I was saying about the $300, is that I had a pair of brake caliper brackets made recently that cost $300. The calipers themselves are another story. This is just for the brackets.
