Best Suspension for Coupe

What would be the most comfortable, least bumpy setup for an 06 coupe?

Would eibach or H&R springs be just as good as the basic Tein Setup? Will coilovers be a better ride? I dont care about dropping it low as I prefer a 1 + drop and dont need the adjustability of coilovers. Its all about the ride quality

I have had H&R springs on my VW and H&R Cup Kit on my BMW, they both ride nice...but I am willing to spend more $$ for a better ride so I want to know what will ride best.

H&R and tokico d specs, but if comfort is a big factor make sure to get a set of dampering adjustable shocks

if comfort is a big factor, you need to keep your nominal spring rates
around 325-350 range, then get d-specs.

keep in mind if you get springs only without shocks, ur stock shocks will wear out much faster due to the increased compression and stress.

I have the KW Coilovers V3 on my 05 Coupe. VERY VERY happy with them. There german coilovers. Mostly used on porches. I highly recommend them but a bit more money then the competition...

Which H&R, just springs or a kit? What are some damper adjusting shocks?

I Eibach Pro-Kits with Tokico D-Specs. Pretty comfortable and only dropped 1".

35 series tires make it a little harsh on bumpy roads.

I'd go with Swift Springs and Koni shock/strut.

As far as I know, the H&R only makes 1 type of springs for the g35 coupe, and that is the Sport springs. I just got those install on my coupe with nothing done to the stock shocks.

I think the D-specs has dampening adjustibility.

keep us posted on durability. there's been several cases of those blowing
within several thousand miles on different cars (bimmers, cooper-s).

the seals they use are not good, from what i hear. they look great
though with that stainless shell and purple seats. that would be my
choice for my cooper-s.

I am considering putting Tokico D- Specs and 350Z H-Tech Springs on my 06 MT. The car has nice stock 19's so I figured it would look better with a little drop. I am wondering will their be a big improvement over stock suspension with this setup? I know I will get a little bit of a drop which i want for looks but is it worth it for performance?

I install D-Specs full stiffness and H&R springs and the car is to low about 1.8about 3" from the ground with stock bumper and no lip.

Rigth now im searching this and all threads about springs because Im going to change it.

the big diference will be that your 06 springs have almost double the spring rate from the H tech springs you are about to put in your car wich will only contribute to the understeer our cars have. my advise to you is if all you want to do is lower the center of gravity on your car, go with the 350z stock springs (05 or later) or the Espelir GT wich are stiffer.
