^I'm with this guy, I've never actually experienced the ride with those shocks but every single review praised them. I don't even recall one neutral or negative review, all positive.

Hey 420 and Bull, I was thinking about going the same set up with the H-Techs and the Tokico D-spec shocks. I can't seem to find the Tokico's, how much and where did you guys pay? Also, when lowering the car, will the Tokico's be able to handle the new "abuse" of the H-Techs? because my friend's 350z's stock shocks gave out on him with his aftermarket springs.

What is the negative effect if I get the G35 shocks with the 350z Tein H-Techs?

Shorter life span and could make the ride bouncy or stiff...

If your coupe has oem 17's or 18's, yes. Not enough rear shock control to put it simply. If you have oem 19's, I would not be so quick to say you should replace your oem shocks. Though it goes without saying that D-specs are much better then either oem coupe shock.
