Tein CS shocks
According to the Tein website the Tein CS will drop the car 0.75 inches. Is there anyway to setup the suspension so that the car can remain at OEM ride height.
Maybe using different springs?
I don't know much about suspension setups but I read in some post that basically coilovers determine the damping and springs determine the rideheight.

The shock/strut determines the damping force. (compression & rebound). Springs do determine ride height, but do also have an effect on the damping cuz of the spring rate.
Basically a coilover is an adjustable damper and spring. So you can change the damping force and the height. Some higher end coilovers allow you to change the ride height w/o effecting the spring travel at all.
Anyhow, to answer you question, yes, you can leave the car at stock height with CS. The coilover is adjustable, and the range on CS is:
FRONT = +0.4" ~ -2.1"
REAR = +0.4" ~ -1.0"

so basically coilover = suspension right? and installing a coilover can't void the suspension warranty because you are removing the stock suspension?

Yes, the coilovers come with springs. No it will not void your warrenty on the OEM shocks/springs, cuz they will be gone. It does not effect the warrenty on other related suspension parts. Warrenty is not a big deal, if worse comes to worst, just change back to stock and take it to the dealer
Also, something you'll want to note, that the original CS line is discontinued. Or maybe in other terms, revised. The old CS(comfort spec) is being replaced with a new Comfort Sport line. They're pretty much the same thing with a few changes like the spring seat/lock, and the coating isn't gold anymore.
The specs and price have not yet been released, but they should be pretty similar to the old CS specs and price.
The only big problem is the old CS is no longer in stock and the new ones aren't scheduled to arrive state-side until late spring, early summer. You could special order the old CS from Japan, but by the time it would get here it would be around the same time the new CS is released.
