You won't need a camber kit - the front camber will be out of spec ~-1.5 degrees. However, this won't really cause significantly worse tire wear. The front and rear toe, as well as rear camber will be adjustable to specs. Just make sure they align the rear camber to a greater magnitude than the front (this will keep some of the safer understeer bias). I'd recommend -1.7 to -2.0 degrees camber in the rear.

Your stock struts should be OK, but they will have work a little harder than they were designed for (particularly the fronts). Basically the springs will be slightly under-damped compared to the stock setup.

If you can shell out a little more, I'd recommend getting a set of D-Specs ~$550 to put with these springs, but if you are really on a budget, the H-Techs on stock struts will work OK...

What about s techs guys? Reason I want 350z s techs is because i want it a bit lower than 0.8/0.6". Think 1.1/1" with S techs would require camber kit?

The front camber isn't adjustable, and it will be off. It is up to you if you want to live with that or not. Rear is adjustable but you won't be able to bring it back within specs either, so you'll be slightly off on both front and rear. If you can live with this, and get an alignment to have the toe adjusted to within specs, then you might be able to get by without camber kits.
