Need help buying 19" for G35 Coupe
Need help buying 19" for G35 Coupe
Hello Guys,
I posted a question about my flat tire last week. I took my car with the dealer and they couldnt find any problem but still the driver side rear tire cant hold air. So after 10-12 hours it becomes flat again.
I already put 27K miles on the tires and I guess I need to replace all four tires now. Can you guys please suggest me the right buy for 19" tires ?
Also I am confused whether to buy All Season tire or Performance Tire ? Becasue I live in Upstate NY (Albany) which is pretty bad in winter. I find it difficult to find 19" A/S tires as well as 19" winter tires.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I suggest using summer performance tires on the factory 19" wheels from March thru November, and then getting dedicated snow tires for the winter months. You can drop down to 18" for the winter to save some money and get a little more side wall. It's a big investment up front, but at least you'll be saving the precious summer tread when you have the snows mounted. It will pay off in the long run if you keep the car for a while. BTW, I've seen RBJ's wheels in the other post, and they're pretty sharp -- you should check them out!
