For your info I looked at my 04 brochure and for the sedan it shows;
Front 11.7 x 0.9 inch ventilated discs.
Rear 11.5 x 0.6 inch ventilated discs.

For the 05 Sedan G35X;
Front 11.7 inch ventilated disc
Rear 11.3 inch ventilated disc.

So the 05 and 04 G35X fronts are the same diameter

My '05 G35x has 12k miles on it, and this weekend the brakes stopped squealing. For the past four months it has been just awful, loud squeals at every brake...and now I am happy that the squealing stopped. However, I'm not holding my breath that my good fortune will continue.

We have 20,000 miles on the brakes of our 05X. There have been no problems with them at all (no squeaking or squealing either). My only complaint is the brake dusting on the front wheels. The brake dust build-up has improved since I started using Wheelwax.
