Yeah that means you have 17s. I didn't know the 6 spoke came in 17, but hey we learn something new every day. Hope the other info helps. I would not be surprised if the offset is right around 43-45mm, but the only way to be sure is to unmount the wheel and look on the back.

My wheel is off at the moment. will post pics soon. They have a 45 mm offset, stamped on the inside of the spoke. I'm planning on cutting the stop tech outline and trying a fit, but I see the print isn't exactly to scale.

More pics and measurements:
I reprinted the StopTech measurement diagram in true scale.
It looks like I need a bit more than 1/2 inch!

Cato, I must correct my earlier post. A half in is actually 12.7mm not 6mm like i mentioned before, so my bad on that. 6mm is actually one quarter inch. A 1" spacer will give you 25mm and that's a lot. Not sure how much that overhang was on the picture you took, how far does it extend pass the spoke?, I would go with that plus 2-3mm more to give it enough clearance. When i measured mine, it barely touched the spoke and my wheel is a +42 offset, so i'm figuring a 5mm spacer will be more than enough for me. So far looks like for our vehicles +40 offset would work and anything less than that. Hope this helps.

based on the pic, and I know it's not to scale, I would say a 15mm spacer should be ok.

The last picture is with the outline of the spoke drawn on the measurement guide. It looks to be exactly 1/2 inch, so I would need a 3/4" spacer?

The 2003 Caliper and rotor. It seems to me that the fitment diagram ignores the rotor hat. If I included the width of the rotor hat, the fitment diagram probably would work.

Cato, I used that same ST-40 caliper stoptech cutout on my 17x8 +43 wheel. It barely touched the spoke. So I would need like a 5mm spacer if I wanted to use the Stoptech ST-40 caliper. So I'm not surprised your 17x7 +45 wheel does not fit. IIRC Dave@ArizonaZcar said that the Wilwood 6 pot Superlite caliper needs 1.5" inches from the rotor hat to the wheel spokes. See blue line in attached pic. I did the measurments on the stoptech cutout and that's the same amount, 1.5". So looks like you need at least a 15 mm spacer and most likely a 20 mm spacer. You will have to get the longer hub bolts as well like G35sedan03 mentioned. If you plan on tracking your car at all I would caution against using spacers that long and would recommend a different set of wheels with the proper measurments that will clear the BBK.

Your best bet is get a 15mm adaptor & some 3-5mm spacer to cover all the possibilities. Search google for "Kics Wheel Spacer", it' the only one you could get for 15mm that's adaptor not a spacer. Adaptor looks like this in the photo & came with built in 12x1.25 bolts. So if the 15mm is not enough, you could stack on an additional universal spacer either 3mm or 5mm whatever it's needed.

This is what adaptor looks like:
