Question *Help Please* 350z suspension put on my 2005 Sedan has now created a Loud rattle

Just got 2005 full 350z suspension put on my 2005 Sedan and now has started rattling in the Rear Passenger.

Somewhere along the way home 15 miles into my drive the car started a rattle/creak in the rear passenger only(sounds like somethings loose whenever I hit even the softest bump). I got home and took out the box of old suspension parts and tire/lug nut case and took it for a spin again (thought that was the cause). But the rattling is still there??? Please assist!!! I called the shop back but of course it didn't rattle when the mechanic test drove it and they can't help until they see the car again tomorrow.

Suspension is on and so far has dropped the front 1in (+-) and the rear seems 1/2-3/4th of a drop.

2005 Z and G sways were exactly the same thickness so the Z's are still in the box and my OEM are staying on the car(for now)

If I can get this rattling fixed, this was a great mod.

I will post pictures once I get all of this resolved!!

Suspension was 2005 oem 350Z springs and struts/shocks (spring rates 314/427) and my car is 2005 G35 sedan without sport suspension (spring rates 238/308)

The shop changed out full suspension minus sways and rattling/creaking started 15 miles into the drive home. Please assist

not sure why you're getting the rattling, they may not have seated the shock/strut assembly correctly? as long as the shop is willing to stand behind their work, you should be okay. i doubt it's anything major.

Didn't think so because the noise wasn't there right away. It took about 15 minutes of some bumpy interstate roads for it to start.

Thanks

Make sure the exhaust isn't hitting anything.

Also, have thenm double-check the torque on the sway bar end links. Those connections coming loose has been cause for rattling on a lot of other vehicles (including mine).

One of the two mounting bolts (or was it both?) was broken by the installers, so the shock just rattled. He took it back and they fixed it.

Another possible cause of the rattling is that the nut on top of the shock shaft isn't tight enough.
