quick question(s), like I said im new to this whole lease thing
I am going to be moving to the desert and ill probably get lot of rock chips with infinitis water color paint.

I was wondering how in detail or how perfect does the car have to be returned in? I asked the dealers but didnt give a really clear answer, they just say they expect "normal" wear.
and has anybody been hit with high bill to pay for the damages when returning the lease?
I just kinda want to know what to expect when i return the car if I was to lease.
If I could get a quick response it would be greatly appreciated. I plan on leasing this week

Thanks

Well, I picked up the car today with a 12-month... couldn't get quite as good of a deal as a lot of you guys in the thread though.

'06 coupe, diamond graphite, prem, wheel/tire, nav, and some random dealer accessories. MSRP 40k.

12 months, 1550 total driveoff (incl first month), 0 down, $520/m. After all fees/taxes are said and done, a total of about $7500 for the year (don't have the paperwork in front of me).

Again, not as good of a deal as some of you seem to have gotten, but I think the premium is worth it for the convenience of having a car now, and having the timing right to wait for the '08...

athens blue and laser red are not as highly produced as the diamond graphite, ivory pearls, or black obsidians so yes it's harder to really order

wow you guys got some great deals.

this was my 12month lease deal.....
06-fully loaded--42k
1500 down
18k miles a year...
$750month....

but...

i traded in my fully loaded 04--which had 42kmiles on it....with 12months left on the lease...i was paying 615 a month for that..
i was on track to go over 15,000 miles...

took that money i woulda paid for the over mileage, and got an 06.

i think the 06 woulda been like 550-600 if i didn't trade in my car...but i still think it was a fair deal.

wow 5k down thats a lot for a lease, any reason why?

my deal is for a 5at coupe 12k/12month, MSRP 38,530, 822.40 due at delivery (includes 1st month) and 474.65 a month. Though I think they say they are giving me a "buy rate" which is lower residual % but much lower MF.

I think it would be okay as long as you can put it back on exactly the way it was

just install it back b/c if you don't they'll charge $45 alone for the G35 emblem and the Infiniti logo on the center is another $80
