Noobie Question..Need help!!!
I financed a Rsx type S and ive had it about a year..Ive always seen g35's but thought they were to expensive for me at the time...mind u i was 19 with a little part time job...now i have a full time job and i really want to get a g35 and i rather lease this time...
But now ive run into this problem i owe about 22 thousand on my car,..so now its like im stuck with it,,will the dealership let me trade it in to lease a G35 or..will i have to sell my car to a private seller...i can afford payments of about 600 the max.thats not a problem...what should i do ..i feel like i need to have this car,,,everytime im with my friend which has a 350z makes me sad that im in a rsx lol..but hopefully a g35...soon...

Ouch, still owes 22k after one year? my guess is high interest with MSRP purchasing price? find out for sure how much you still own on it...Yes you can trade it in for any car but they will roll the difference between the amount they offer for your trade-in and amount you still owes into your next contract, and my guess the difference would be more than 3k. It would be better idea if you can sell it on your own, please please do not tell them you are willing/can afford 600 a months when you shopping for G35.
^^^ agreed. You do not need a G35. The dealer will be glad to take it off you hands but they won't give you the best price. You can try to sell it on your own for top dollar but in the end, you will lose money. I would recommend waiting and saving for the next generation G35.
