Looking to Lease an FX in Long Island, NY
Hi guys. I just found out that there is a special going for a one year lease on an FX. I am actually helping my father out with this.
He is currently leasing an FX for 39 months and has 6 months left to go on his lease and is already at 39,000. Is it possible for him to give the car back to the dealership now without waiting until march or so and get in on the 1-year lease special? Thanks.

you have two options pay the rest of the 6 months and give the car back earliy or you can ask the new dealersip to purchase the car from the bank with holds onto the title of your current fx. chances are the bank will want more then want the dealer is willing to pay.
either way you will be left with me negative equity but the question is which one is less expensive or which one is more feisible?
i know a pretty good dealership that is half decent to deal with, if you need more info, just ask.

First, you need to contact Infiniti Financial Services (if that is whom you have the car financed through) and get an early termination letter from them. They will tell you if you have any penalties or not. Then once you find that out, you can go and see about getting in to the 1 year lease for the FX. It is still going on as I was looking in to it, but I think I am going to get the 39 month lease for the FX instead. Good luck.
