2003 g35 coupe

Id like to start off by saying i have been a huge fan on the g35, especially the coupe since it came out, and now finally i have the chance to purchase one but i feel a little uneducated on what to look for when negotiating price.
The coupe i am looking at currently to buy is of the M-6 package, brembo brakes, 18's, 6-speed, and no nav, oh but has 129000km (80625 miles). A little high for a 4 year old car i think. 1 owner, black on black leather, and asking 25G's I'm ok with everything but the mileage. Oh and i heard the brembo brakes have been dicontinued on the 35's due to excessive wear on the pads. Does this sounds right? have i been misinformed? Any help on purchasing this vehicle would be greatly appreciated.

Dude, your getting raped on the price. I see them locally with 60K miles for 21K. and i live in California. You need to negotiate that price to 19K. NOT worth 25...please..

Do you really want a car with 81K miles? your call...but if a cars life is usually a 100K miles....arent the rubber hoses and other mechanical stuff gonna start going out on you? I dont know...my 2 cents...Keep looking.

For 25K you can get a G with under 40K miles. 6MT

well we are not concern about hose.. over here. lol. the biger problem might be the driver. u never know if it have been into an accident with no police report and repaired. I have a Vq engine that were 190 K mileage. and its still running like a beast. so the engine and every thing else is fine.. its only 4 years old.. i had a 95 maxima before.. and none of the hose were damage. the only thing is rust rust from older cars.. like the exhaust system. mainly.

But definately not worth 25 k...... u're gettin jip.. im currently looking for a G as well =) good luck

$25,000 Canadian is $21,440 US right now. That is around average. Average meaning you can find better deals but also have seen a lot for more then that too. I am searching right now too and 03 coupes seem to be going for anywhere from US prices of 19,000 (rare, usually high miles and such) to around 25,000 depending on condition, mileage, and options. If going for that one I would try to get it for CAN-$23,500 and see where it goes from there. That's just my opnion. The real value is whatever blue book says and what someone is willing to pay for it.

I'm not an expert on the G's or anything so I don't know if getting close to 100K miles is a concern or not but if you can find one with less miles that's always better.
