Future G Owner (hopefully!)
Well, its time for a car for Fuel. After finishing off his freshman year, he's decided to get a new car with money he has stockpiled up!
Fuel has fallen in love with the G Coupe. It is an awesome car. Lately I've been test driving and sitting in different Gs and love it even more every time I sit in one! Basically, I've stockpiled up enough to get a used G coupe, more than enough for a Sedan, but was curious as to when the best time of the year to buy one is. I had (have?) a guy who can get into wholesale auctions and whatnot looking for one for me. He has moved 2 around in the past couple months- and now he says the price is jumping up because of the time of the year, more demand- less supply economics i guess. I understand a new G is due out sometime this summer, unsure of the date yet, but that would drop the price on a lot of used G coupes out there now, wouldn't it? I want to get the most out of my money, so I was wondering if buying the car later (beginning of august?, latest) would be a better idea? Of course this means I forfeit the summer of fun in a G coupe, but at least I would have the car for when I am back at college, which is when I would need it for grocery runs and weekend trips to the Big Apple!
What is your opinions on the best way to get a G coupe?
