I'm on the fence about getting '07 or ordering an '08 G35X with Sport (though it's still unclear what exactly is included in new pkg). But if I order now am I stuck paying full sticker price or can you still negotiate off of invoice price?

thanks

I got $1,500 off MSRP on my '08 6MT sport I ordered.

I ordered Aug. 1 and my delivery date is 10/1 or sooner if something changes

Of course the stealers want to unload the 07s, however if you shop around you should absolutely be able to negotiate the $500 over invoice for the 08 as the G35 sedans have cooled off from their introduction. The car industry as a whole is not doing that great with the exception of Lexus and Toyota.

The 08 Gs have been out for about a week.

I just picked up mine - black on black 08 Journey/AT/Premium/Nav/sport rims only (not sport pkg) + little knick knacks like floor mats, cargo net, etc. for $35,708 ($1,000 over invoice according to the sales person).

They started at MSRP, but came down pretty fast when it was clear I was serious about buying today.
