has to be... a clean title would be worth at least 23 or 24 if it's in good condition

yea something is def wrong..way to cheap..CARFAX May help but they dont always show everything

I think that if you look at the pic under the hood, I can see what I think is an after market air intake, in that case, if it has after market mods, that will kill the resale value of any car, it probably has some other stuff done to it too, i don't think just an air intake will bring it down that much, but I could be totally wrong. just what i think...

Edit-
There is also a different front end on that G35, the front grill is different, and it is missing the Infiniti logo. This means that it also is after market either because the owner chose to put it on or it had front end damage and thats what he chose to put on to replace the OEM front
