I'm definetely going for the coupe this weekend but, i want to ask you guy's a couple of ??
What is the best year between 03 and 07 to get? Because they all kinda look the same on the outside but, i've seen that the 03 and 04 models have break defects. So between an 05 06 and 07, what do you recommend? I'd really appreciate you help since right now i'm looking at coupes from those 3 years all between 15000 to 20000.
Another ?? Is maintenance that bad? As far as the gas goes i don't really care pumping premium. Any help would be greatly appreciated, hopefully this weekend i will officially be in the club lo. God bless you all. Be safe

Research and search the forums.. You will find all your answers...
06-07 was upgraded from the 05's. 06'-07' are identical.
There are few minor issues, only major issue is with the 6mt and their oil consumption. Not all of them are affected.

I personally prefer the later models.
06'-07' have nicer interiors, usually less mileage and the better projector headlights.
I like the tail lights on the later models too.
They also have the sport bumper if u get the right model (6mt w/sport suspension).
But as mentioned above your best bet would be to research.
It can be a little overwhelming, but everyones taste is diff.
Where I prefer the later models some people prefer the newer 03'-05' models.

I'm more familiar with the 06-07 because I bought an 06 and the 07 options are exactly the same.
There are 4 main packages and they all have varying options that can be included within those packages.
It can be kind of confusing, but here ya go.

In a nutshell:
packages include the
The Premium Package (available on the G35 Coupe 6MT only) includes power one-touch open/close sunroof, Bose audio system, power tilt and telescopic steering, dual HVAC controls, auto on/off headlights, HomeLink Universal Transceiver, Bluetooth Hands-Free Phone System, drivers seat and steering wheel memory and automatic anti-glare rearview mirror.
Performance Tire & Wheel Package (G35 Coupe model only) with 18-inch wheels and tires;
The G35 Coupe 6MT and Sport-Tuned Suspension Package equipped models offer 5-spoke, 19-inch forged aluminum-alloy wheels with P225/40YR19 tires in front and P245/40YR19 tires in the rear. ^i understand this but my question was HOW do you tell if a coupe has premium package? like for example i can look and see that a coupe has a moonroof..but that you can get as a stand alone package so it wouldn't necessarily mean the coupe has the premium package. i know on the 06-07 you can look on the side of the drivers seat to see buttons for the memory seats to see if it has premium package but for the 03-05 the memory seat option isn't available so i dunno how to tell if an 03-05 has the premium package. thanks for the response though

You should definitely get the sports package. I forget if rear active steer is a seperate option or included in the sports package but you should definitely look for this!
It makes the car soo much more fun to drive.
I have an 06 with every option except Navi.
