Might be selling 03 DP Sedan... need advice on value

We need to sell the G in order to get something to seat our 4 kids... I am curious what price ya'll think would be reasonable...

We've only had it for 15 months so the payoff is about 15K... I am thinking about listing it at 15K and coming down to about 14K at the lowest. If I cant do any better than that, I'll just keep it for a little while longer till i can afford to sell it...

03 (doggy-door)
Desert Platinum
driver's door recently replace with OEM parts (some fool backed into teh door while it was parked)
My parents own a body shop, so I got the hood, both bumpers and entire drivers side repainted too... needless to say, exterior is in GREAT condition for an 03...
Black leather interior with Nav and wood grained accents (all OEM)
Power everything you can power
adjustable rear seat
etc
etc

If you're on this forum, you prally already know what G's come equiped with...

Agreed. I bought my coupe with 73k miles for $12.5k. This is a sedan, so you're looking at less than $11k.

But then again, location may make a difference. I'm in the NE.

And yours probably didn't have a whole repainted side, right? That knocks quite a bit off the value, too.

hmm.. not inspiring news, but from what yall see up north, we have much better values in the Mid-South right now... heck, even KBB gives it $13,5 retail

We'll prally trade out of it if we can find the right 04-05 MDX deal...

KBB is useless. And you aren't retail. And it doesn't know the car has a bad accident history. Sorry. Just the way of used cars.

Based on my used car hunt, most you're going to get is KBB PP Good condition.

Bad news I know, but you can always list the car. It's not like you're obliged to sell at a lower price, and it's free to list on CL, cars.com, etc.

ive been looking at some 04 MDX's with nav and everything else... with about 80-100k (nothing for an acura) they are listed around 12-14k after you get to some of the smaller dealers away from teh city...

I'll see what I can do with them on trade, and if i have to roll a few thousand from teh G into the new payment, we can still handle it...
