Deal or no Deal? socal.

Im in the market of a g35 and found an 05 IP coupe for 17.5k . It is a 6mt and has 65kmiles on it. It has the sport and navigation package as well as power sunroof and the bose system. Only thing bad is he has a scratch on the front bumper from hitting his garage..

Is this worth it? If not, how much is this worth? thanks in advance guys

I would pass. I got an '05 (granted w/o navi) for 17.5, but it had 47k miles. I think you can get better deals.

No way haha I was also considering that one, saw it in the LA craigslist. I've been looking around and I thought even 17k was a bit too much for it. I am currently looking for a lower mileage 04 for around 15-16k. I really don't want to have to deal with the fact of an 05 out of warranty having the oil consumption issue.

There's a reason they put a service bulletin on the 05's and 06's. You're more likely to have problems with it in those years than 03's and 04's I've heard too many times

I say no. you can find a lower mileage coupe for cheaper. Your negotiation skills come into effect. I got my IP coupe with 40k miles for cheaper from a Nissan dealership. Takes patience and skills.

FAIL, its in his signature

2005 Ivory Pearl 6MT Coupe Sport

haha, its okay, we all make stupid mistakes

you can also tell by the tailights in the future if u need to, holes in lights = +06, flat = 03-05.

careful , sometimes people switch out their tailights to the more updated beause it looks better
