You can probably find one a little cheaper depending on your area. My friend currently has 3 that hes looking at with about 50k miles. All 3 are in the 15,000 range.

Talk him down 16k, then again I guess it depends on where you're located as prices vary.

How's the paint, body, interior, ??? Did the guy take care of it..? If you find one for 15kish with 50kmi but it's not taken care of, I'd spend a lil more for more mileage and clean interior/exterior.. People will say they got the best deal, with the lowest mileage, and perfect interior/exterior, but, people don't always tell us the truth.. If it's clean in and out .. I believe that is a pretty fair deal..

I agree, talk them down a bit. Very few cars are in "excellent" condition.

you should definitely bargain down that price, especially if you're from the bay area (i used to live there, so i know how car prices range). try going down to 16k, and then go from there. just remember to get the car professionally inspected before making the decision to purchase, because you never know what underlying issues could exist. there are plenty of companies that offer this service (i.e. aim mobile inspections, carchex, etc). it's a small price to pay for quality assurance that the vehicle is in good condition. hope that helps!

need more information. Holding geography, condition, and transmission as a constant, there is about a $2K difference between a fully optioned G and one that is not.
