Found a Possible Car

It is a very clean inside and about a 7.5/10 outside 70,ooo miles 2005 G35 Coupe - AT. It is Diamond Graphite over gray interior... The car has a solid 1 owner record - and there are obvious signs of abuse.

Took for test drive and only issue was worn wheel bearings. Dealer replacing them and asking bottom line of $16,180 after MUCH working over.

Do you guys see this as a decent price for the vintage?

Thx again

there are obvious signs of abuse.
so why are you looking at buying it? That screams "likely future problems" ... and it's out of warranty

That thing's definitely overpriced for the miles, let alone the 7.5 outside and "obvious signs of abuse" (which I think you meant to say "no obvious signs of abuse").

I'm guessing the dealer started at like $19-20k, you started at book and then met somewhere in the middle?

Start with another dealer and whatever they quote above book for the starting negotiating price, you start below. Don't go up from your price until after they drop from their asking price.
