$14,000- 2006 G35X Sedan Fully loaded...Should I?

I have a friend that is selling his 2006 G35X. He just bought a new car and is trying to get rid of some of his debt. He owes 14 on the car and that’s all he is asking. It has 50,000 miles on it and is very clean. He said there is nothing wrong with the car except a couple nicks on the grill from rocks on the road. It’s fully loaded with Navigation and the rear reclining seats. The pics I saw look good and I should be receiving 360 degree and interior pics in the next couple days. We are both deployed overseas and that’s why I haven’t seen 360 pics yet. No engine problems and garage kept as we speak. I never even thought about owning a sports car until now. $14,000 is the only reason I’m considering it. I see mpg is pretty low....what are people really getting as far as mileage on a full tank? What is maintenance cost like for oil changes, tires, etc. At this price if I can’t deal with the gas or I decide I don’t like it can I make my money back reselling it? Some insight is greatly appreciated.

That's a good price. Just remember, back in '06 that car would cost you at around $35K brand new.

I don't keep track, but probably close to around 300 mpg. You got to remember, it's a 3.5 liter car and not a 1.8 liter honda civic.

Do itttt! that's a pretty epic deal. Do the oil changes yourself! Come on now.. brakes, tires, oil... that's all basic maintenance. Learn how to do it if you don't know how and it'll save up alot of money. Oil changes cost the same for any kind of car lol.. just that you gotta make sure you know what kind of oil to be putting in it. Not some recycled crap that they give you when you go in for like a >$15 oil change.

He's not selling. He just bought for 14k lolol

Anyways.. I'd take off the rear spoiler ASAP and get some wheelsss! Don't have to be too crazy though. OEM rays would look a hell of alot nicer than those haha
