Hello, I am looking at purchasing a 2008 G35 sedan (I currently have a99 G20 with 167k on it).

The one that i have found i like the best the dealer said it was a "Infinity Buyback" from california. i know that cali has insane Lemon laws. They state they have full maintenance records and the carfax to which they are sending me

It is a 2008 sedan with Premium package and navigation and 31k miles and they want 21500

My question is is purchasing a "buyback" generally a bad idea. I've tried searching and using google and he not seen much on it.

Optimally I would like a G35S sedan with navigation, premium package and black seats but all i can find between here (tucson) and phoenix in the sport is either missing navigation or black (don't want black, white, red) (looking for the graphite shadow color)
