Looking at Buying an '06 fully loaded G35

There is a fully loaded (nav, sports, aero, premium, etc packages) 06 white G35 coupe for sale near me and I am very interested in it. The carfax is clean but I know carfax isn't really the most reliable thing these days. I am going to attempt to get an autocheck on it.

They're asking $18,499 (internet price) for it and it has 74,000 miles with a 6 speed manual transmission in it. White exterior with stone leather interior. Does that price sound reasonable? High low? I just Kelley Blue Booked it at $20,800 and NADA value was $20,300 for clean retail. This is some what concerning because $18,500 seems low. Any opinions? The car looks really clean in the pictures but it's 125 miles away from me so I haven't seen it in person yet.

Opinions?

Thanks, John

Update Edit: Got the autocheck for it and it scored a 93. Sounds like a clean car. Hopefully going to pick it up this weekend

Update: FUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK it sold...

dang, that sounded like a very good price...
I picked up a 05 coupe with the same equipment and 59k miles for around $17k...
mine also was a 5AT instead of the 6MT

Sounded like a good deal, sorry that it already sold though. :-(

Its nice to hear people are still willing to pay around 20k for these cars. I have a 07 6MT fully loaded with 55k miles myself that I paid $35k for and I owe 12k on it now. If I was in the market to sell my car I probably would'nt sell it for less than 18k but knowing I could get 20k for it is even nice. A little bit of positive equity is always a nice thing.

Good luck with your search!
