Honest question...Would I get approved?

Hey, so I've been on the forums for about 2 years now and my car is FS so I ordered a new BRZ for myself. The BRZ will be financed but my main question is will I get approved? I'm 18 with a 730 experian score. 1 $900 limit credit card with nothing on it and 1 $750 credit limit card with about $30-50 going on every month and getting paid right away. No other debt or credit in my name. I'm planning on putting 10-15k cash as a down payment so it will be about a 15-20k loan. I've had a job since I was 15 and been at my current job for 6 months. I make around 30k a year (not much but I'm only 18). I really don't want a cosigner I want to build my credit. My dad has already told me he won't cosign but if I really need to find someone I will try...sorry for the shitty post lol but I didn't know where else to ask.

And if anyone in norcal wants my car hmu

There are great interest rates out there right now. I financed two cars recently, one at 1.54% and one at 0.9%.

My advice is to go to a local bank or credit union. There is no one on this form who can tell you if you'll be approved, it depends on the bank that's approving you. Ask what kind of rates they offer, they'll probably ask a few general questions and pull your credit. From there you'll have some idea of where you stand.

Thankyou! Patelco is saying I shouldn't have any issues and they are offering a 2.15% for 60 months if you put over 20% down

was just going to say with that amount down you should have no problem. I've seen much worse get approved, the only reason they could ask for a co-signer is the lenth of employment is relatively short.
The credit cards probably won't help much but obviously won't hurt. But you're 18 and on the right track.

If you're willing to risk $10k in cash, banks would be stupid not to approve it.
What color BRZ did you decide to go with?
