Yeah your not going to see 24 unless your going down hill and the wind pushing you foward. More like 18-20 is what your going to see

I live in a busy city but ill give it gas when I want to lol. You'll see thread after thread on driver regarding mpg so I wouldn't use edmonds as a reference. And sure you can, again I bought mine with upgraded wheels black leather. Some minor bolt ons for performance and a full true dual exhaust for $9,000 with only 74k.

I think there are VERY FEW people who actually get 20-27. I personally get 20 average on street and freeway mixed driving. When i mostly stand still in traffic i get about 12

If you want to do performance and don't want to buy new part, there is nothing wrong w/ 2nd hand on the forums. All my parts where used and got a kick a$$ deal.
