Need help!! Good buy?

2006 G35 6MT with 61,000 Miles - $12,500 (Listed)

The car looks great inside and out, and is fairly cheap given I live in Canada.

Only Flaws:

1. Car has been in an minor accident couple months back, got clipped coming out of parking lot, only cosmetic air bags were not deployed. No harm to the engine (pictures attached BEFORE & AFTER)

2. The CD player doesn't work apparently (could be a jammed CD), I figured a new deck would be a future mod anyway because I wanted Aux hook up, so it doesnt bug me too much just lowers the price.

What do you guys think? I also wanted to ask, with the oil consumption issue, is that something that can happen any time in throughout the cars lifetime?

It sounds like a good deal if there are no hidden issues.
My only concern would be if there were any suspension failures due to the fender bender and if that was completely addressed in the repair.
I would:
-get invoice of repairs done at body shop.
-try to verify reputation of body shop so you know work was done right.
-take it to a reputable mechanic to get it inspected prior to purchase.
-and def ask for a maintenance history to verify the car was properly cared for.

With regards to OC issue that can happen well past 50k miles (mine started just after 60k)

Thank you for replying, I will try to take as much pre cautions as possible. Is the OC problem frequent amoung these vehicles. Is there an easy way to tell of a car suffers from OC?

There's no way for you to tell unless the guy haven't changed oil in 3k miles or you owned it long enough. To me an accident is a accident and will always hurt the value of the car. It also seems like everyone likes to describe accidents as "minor" when trying to sell their car.
