Looking to buy G35 MT 2005+

Hi
i am new to this forum and to G35 itself, so hope your exirience in g35 will help me to make a desicion. Dont judge me hard for my ENG, still learning

Also im new to US (came from EU), serching for a 1st car.
Expirience:
- accord 7Gen type-s MT
- FX37 AT
- accord coupe 8gen USA AT (Suxx)

this long weekends a have spent in searching of g35 MT. Almoste each of them comes with upgrades.

The last i have seen was cleanest, but still had some issues, so here we are:
1. exhaust is stock, but there is a GAP between tube and silencer ( dont know if this is a correct word) thus making a nose like it is tuned. Is it ok, and normal for US, such a morron stile tunning, or shall i consider it as an issue?
2. no DVD for maps, display says @plz insert DVD@, how critical is it? what is the price? can i buy used dvd on ebay or wherever?
3. The left mirror was snaped off, but it was installed back. remote motor still works fine with it, but i assume i will have to change it soon, how much can it cost?
4. Clutch. the seleer says, that he have changed it to Stage I. Which brand he dont know, idiot. While driving, when smitching the gear and release the clutch, no matter how slowly u do it, you still got a kick, making the tires to drift on 3-4k rpms. Should it be like this? or is it deffinatelly an issue with clutch?
i am based in CT state, New Englange, so called by locals, how critical this clutch can be in winter time, if anybody has an expirience with this, please assist.
5. Driver seat. OMG what afck is wrong with it? each car i have checked, has the same issue, torn driver seat in the left/down corner. Price to fix?

car itself has 81k miles, what is ok, and price is 9k usd.

thank you in advance for any comments. Just affraid to buy a dead body car.

Not rich. We just aren't saddled with all the high taxes and fees related to engine displacement like in Europe. Cost of owning a car is much cheaper here, so we can afford to get newer cars with bigger engines.
