Please help me decide: 2007 G35x or 2009 G37x.

2007 G35x:

My requirements:It has been be an All Wheel Drive and automatic, since my wife will be driving too.
Like to have, not musts:Backup/Rearview camera, Navigation, have not confirmed either with the dealers. 2007 seem to have navigation not sure if it has backup since i'm not sure it has the technology pack.

Both of them are within my budget, but lower the price the better, but essentially I'm looking for the best deal.

Summary from above:
2007 had 1 colorado owner, seem to have been regularly serviced at an infinity dealer. Has lower mileage, 64,000. Was recently serviced according to Carfax. Was in a accident in 2009. Meets most of my requirements, not sure about the rearview camera. $14,500 including dealer fees.
2009 had 2 owners, one in las vegas and another in colorado. Has relatively low mileage, 71,000. Also have been recently service includes new tires according to Carfax. Also, meets most of my requirements, not 100% sure on Nav and Rear camera. $16,400 including dealer fees.

Please advice in general what you think you these deals?
What should I look out for? Are there any common issues I should look for?
Is 2009 worth it over 2007?
Overall which do you think is better deal? or should I keep looking for a better one? I'm not in a hurry to buy.

As of right now, I'm leaning towards 2009, cause it is a newer model. Has more efficient transmission and likely has more electronic features such as iPod integration. But I'm worried about the 7000 miles, fact it had two owners. I will definitely have both of them inspected at an infiniti dealership before buying.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for replying, finally...haha.

Do you think 16,400 is a good price for 2009 with 71k miles, AWD, premium package and navigation package? I haven't been able to find a better deal in colorado.

KBB:16,728
Edmunds:16,568
NADA:18,100

Anybody else with some input?

Newer is better. The 7k additional miles is negligible. Weatherstripping, gaskets, all rubber stuff two years younger. Tech is better. Power is better. Newer is better...assuming PPI is satisfactory.

Thanks for the input...Also, I know I need to have the dealership inspection and have them check the TSB update on A/T on 2009, but what other things should I look out for? Common issues, problems with 2009 G37x?

How big of an issue is the timing cover gasket blowing out? How do I get it tested? Compression Test?
