Clunk sound when starting.

Clunk sound when starting.
I have a 2004 g35 coupe. When I start the car first time after it has been sitting over night there is a cllunk type noise. After the car has been running for a while and I restart it the noise is no longer there.
The car only has 75k kilometers, any ideas what the sound is and should I be concerned.

Take a video and post it, easier to tell what the clunk is.

Does it occur after you shift into reverse or drive? Or just when you start the engine?
