I placed an order for a 6MT Athens Blue with Premium and aero package without the rear spoiler 3 1/2 months ago. The car arrived the first week of Sep. I closed the deal Saturday $39358.17 (that's $1500+ over invoice WTF) They said I will take delivery of the car Monday,
My question is this, when I placed the order for the car why wasn't the order for the aero package placed at the same time? Was there a shortage of front chin spoiler in Athens Blue? They rushed me to get this deal done and now I have a check from my bank for them, the car is still not ready.
My frustration is this I might be leaving out of the country(1month work related trip) this weekend. I would like to be able to drive the car and have it tinted before I leave. The dealer knows this. I'm to the point of taking my business elsewhere.
I like the Athens blue, but all this run around that I'm getting I just want to cancel the sale of this car and go some place else. Would it be unreasonable to ask another 1K off the selling price of this vehicle? The 06 is due in a couple of months. I just feel like I'm paying premium price for a car that will be a year old in 3 months, Orlando infiniti's inability to provide a good service and they still make $1500 is not fair.

Any advise? Maybe I should contact Melbourne Infiniti and deal with them.

 

Wow $1500 over invoice? I think you are getting ripped off majorly, since the 06's are due to arrive real soon and they need to clear their inventory of 05's. You should get them to go at least just a few hundred over invoice if not at least slightly below invoice. I got mine at Orlando of Infiniti also and got mine at about $200 over invoice and that was four months ago. You should work out a better deal. Good luck.

 

Well you could have saved about $4,500 off of what you paid if you would have went with Lokey Infiniti and joined the Florida G35 Club (FGC), but I can't force you to join up.

Again, we're still here and our FGC-VPP offer is still valid. Why do you think the local CFL guys avoid Orlando Infiniti and make the 2 hour drive to Clearwater?
