What city are you from in Oklahoma? I'm from OKC and picking up my '06 from Houston on Monday (part of the group buy). I talked to the Tulsa guys and they wouldn't budge off of sticker. Bob Moore never gave me a definitive price, but told me that they wanted my business. They knew I would just go to Texas to buy my car if they were unwilling to bend a bit.

As of a couple of weeks ago, Tulsa had an '06 red and black on their lot. OKC had one IP but I can't find it on their lot anymore, so I guess it's sold.

It's a buyers market if you're interested in an '05. Grubbs had a promotion of $3500 off '05's on their lot. I think it's over now, but I'm sure they will continue to push the '05's if you're interested.

keep in mind, that the lower the price on the car, the less commision the salesman gets (i think). So if you seem really cheap, you might not be looked at so highly where it is purchased from.

one more thing, I hope you sell your VR4 to someone who will appreciate and baby it, I'm sick of seeing all the turboed cars from back then being treated so badly and wrecked.

who did you talk to at Crest?? Yeah I think the new owner is a good one. He seems like a person that knew his car and he wasent going to drive it like he just stole it.

Thanks

Tustin, CA it was an 05, but thats what they had when i got mine.
i could get an 06 at VPP though if i wanted to though...

tustin is willing to work with you, santa monica and mission viejo both would not accept my VPP letter... i now work at mission viejo but still do not like them >=0

go to tustin... they take care of you.

btw, my VPP letter was written from the customer service manager of inifiniti (corporate). you need the letter wtih teh # on it, business cards from employee or pay stub..

GOOD LUCK!!! make friends with a car salesman

I'm sure you can get it right at invoice.. Its the end of the year.. I got mine a month ago and got almost invoice from Atlanta.. (about 200-300 more)

And if you're just gonna drive it till the GTR come then why don't you just lease something? you can get a z4 for $300ish a month

Plus are you sure you can afford the GTR? its gonna be about $70k as far as I know..

Yeah, I thought about leasing. But I don't like the whole idea of them telling me how many miles I can put on the car and all that crap.

Yeah I know the GTR is going to be $70K, I already have saved up a good amount for the down payment
