Buying a slightly used 05' Coupe, a good deal?
Found this one locally, can someone please tell me if this offer below is considered a good deal? If not, how much more do I expect to haggle down to? Or should I just go jump a 06' model instead? Thank you very much.

I'd say its a GOOD deal, consider the MSRP on it was around 40k. The 06 with same option would be around (after haggling) 37 for 6MT and 37.5k for 5AT, but you do get bit more on the 06's likes of intelligent key, city lights, minor exterior styling, you have to decide are those worth extra 4~5k more and if you want a car that no one has sat in for more than few minutes/new car smell 
... always try to haggle more, especially if its at dealer/used car lots, its hard to say how much more tho, 1~1.5K? according to KBB, the private party sale vaule is 35,275 and 32k for trade-in vaule.
