You can find that by reading the many posts in the general section. IMO there are no major issues, however some people have claimed to get a lemon and have had some big problems. There are all sorts of minor issues, too many to list (fast wearing brakes, rattles, axles noise, blah blah blah, tire wear, gas mileage). Enough to stop me from buying one. Hell no, its a great car. All depends on what you can stomach.

I bought a used 2003 G35 Coupe with 36,000 miles on it in October and my brakes squeak every now and then and a few rattles but every car no matter if its a 2003 or 2006 will have some kind of issue sooner or later... My opinion since I have owned it is fantastic.. I couldn't have asked for a better car.. The car gets a lot more luxuary respect on the streets then it does for being a street racer.. So make sure you know what you want out of the car before you buy it...

I agree...my 2003 is in awesome shape. Havent had issues in any aspect other than a slight rattle sometimes when my rpms are too low. Then again I hear porsches have a slight rattle sometimes too lol.

i bought my 03 in december of last year with 30k miles on it... i've already had my driver's side window motor replaced (minor issue), and sometimes there's a few rattles here and there but i usually have the radio on and the windows down so i hardly hear them,, but still a great car nonetheless

I purchased my 2003 with 9k miles, and so far with 36k I have not had any complaints. It is a great car to buy. One thing you want to do before purchasing a used car is to get a car-fax report. good luck!

No problems with my 2003 coupe. Only a few minor issues as previously mentioned (rattles, early brake wear). Check out the following site for Infiniti bulletins -- gives you an idea of what to look for once you get your coupe: http://www.infinitihelp.com/Ownershi...5/Diagnose.htm. I used the bulletins to get most of the minor issues I found repaired under warranty. Now, go get that G!

My 03 has been perfect. 24k miles. I have never been this happy with a car purchase in my life. Definitely made the right choice these are awesome cars. Why stuck on the 03 though? I've noticed the prices of 03/04 are pretty close and vary mostly with options/mileage. Anyhow you will love it, good luck!
