Not if you play the game right. I only pay for low mileage (10k year...but I drive 18k a year) and don't worry about minor mods. The trick is to lease a car that holds it's value well. Then trade it in for a new lease 3-6 months before the lease is up.

If you know how to bargain, the miles and minor mods won't mean a thing when trading in....and you drive a new car every few years if that fits your lifestyle.

Leasing.. (yuck) I just cant see paying that much for a car I have to give back. Some of you guys are almost paying as much for a lease as I am to buy. (of course mine is for 5 years too ) I also drive too much too...
