Ready to Buy, NEED HELP!

This site is amazing.
I own a 04 honda accord coupe v6, bloody boring car.

Love the G35 coupe. I'm from Ireland and have always driven stick.

Drove the 06 automatic and I love it. The 33,850 price is in my range.

Should I go for the 6mt and get the sport suspension?

Is the 6mt that much better?

I heard the 17's are not as noisy as the 18s and 19s.

Thanks

Go for the 6MT, or at least get the manual for the extra fun! Unless you have to sit in traffic A LOT! Good luck and welcome.

Thank you.

Does the sport suspension make a big difference?
Is the ride firmer with bigger rims?

The "ride" difference are minimal, and noise level are not much noticeble between 17/18/19's, from looks point of view? 19's looks best for G35, the 17's looks just bit odd.

You deff want to go with the 6MT man. I bought a 04 5AT and traded in for an 05 6MT because I regreted not getting the MT so much. The 6MT in this car is so much fun, and the sport suspension with 19's gives the car a much sportier ride and it handles so much better compared to the base 04 5AT model. Also, you get the 298 HP motor with 7k redline rather than 280 HP motor with 6200 redline. Good luck with your purchase and welcome to the boards.

I used to have a 03 V6 Accord coupe as well. Quick, but very boring like you said...it IS stil an Accord after all. One of the main reasons I got rid of mine.
