Turbo/Supercharger with lease?

Is it possible to have a turbo/supercharger set up during your lease then take it off when the lease ends? Will Infiniti care and make me pay $$$$$ when I give the car back? Anyone do this?

On another note, where are the good tuner shops in Maryland to install a turbo/supercharger?

Thanks!

That would just cost me more money because the buyout is not so great...

Ok, no matter how safe they say it is there is a great % that something will go wrong. I've seen so many stock boost running on their engine that is supposedly safe that had problems. Just be prepared to blow your engine, not that it's going to happen but there is a good chance.

I'v done so many research and that's why you see so many built motor on MY350 because at some point their Motor gave up. Ok after considering this if you think you can handle this then go ahead and put an FI on you car, but i'll rather put it on a Financed car so at least if something goes wrong and you had to build the motor at least you can enjoy the fruit of the Built Motor.

You guys are probably right... I guess there is no safe turbo/supercharger setup and it will probably cost me an arm and a leg to fix the motor out of warranty.

What are the odds that something breaks with a light nitrous set up... 50 shot?

You will not feel 50, you have to inject at least 100 to feel it. There's also some good thread regarding safe setup for Nitrous. but i'll rather go with a Supercharger than 100 shot, at least with a Supercharger the power is linear so you're not dumping all the power in one shot.

Why is it stupid? If the engine blows up while I own the car or if I am leasing it I would still have to rebuild it and it would still cost me money... but at the end of the lease I would just give the car back as opposed to financing where I would have to try to sell it or deal with problems that come up....
