Is this a deal breaker?
I am so confused. I (thought) I found the perfect deal on a G

Test drove it today and the tires howl. Apparently cupping issues are to blame.
The car is 9 months old and the tires need to be replaced w/ only 14K. https://g35driver.com/forums/showthre...hlight=cupping
The Bridgestone shop rotated the tires right to left and the pneumatic wrench scratched the lug holes pretty bad. I doubt the tire shop will make good on the damage now. There is also some curb rash / imperfections.
He has a tire & wheel insurance policy that does not state that the wheel must be losing air. Has anyone gotten rims replaced due to cosmetic issues w/ the insurance policy?
-owner is willing to fix a couple of minor paint imperfections.
The immediate out-of-pocket for it to be (reasonably) drivable is approaching $1,000.
What would be a fair compromise? Should I tolerate curb rash? Is it fair that I should inherit “cupped” tires and a bad alignment? I want to be reasonable, but if it costs me too much, I’ll move on.
I would like to see the paint fixed, rims fixed or replaced by the shop that marred them, an alignment to prevent future cupping, and about 50% of the cost of new tires.
Is this too much? He wants out and I have an approved credit application.

You might have to fix some of these things when the lease is over, or pay penalties to IFS. What might be an interesting technique to get these things fixed is to take the car to a dealer, and ask how much the end-of-lease fees would be in its current state, highlighting the tire wear, rim damage, paint imperfections, etc. If they say, "it's probably fine," you may have fewer things to worry about.
